Well i have falling hair problem but in my case it's different. The more hair that falls off the more grows that's how is in my case but one time i use shampoo Pantine Prov-e the new one that said on the bottle that 90% prevents of hair falling off.As long i used it the hair stop falling and my hair was so thick but right after i stop using it it started again to fall. My advice is try new Pantene Prov-e but if that doesn't help it might be generic in your case, most people lose their hair, i mean most men than woman...good luck..
shampoo just wash your hair. I'm not an expert, but mostly, it's the after-shampoo (conditionner) which will bring the necessary vitamins.

A small tip from a hairdresser I got: Wash your hair once a week with beer. It's very nutritive to the hair
use tape! ^_^ ha ha
FIRST OFF

Take a multi-vitamin EVERY DAY. If you love %26amp; value your hair girl you HAVE to take vitamins. I PROMISE just one vitamin a day and your hair will stay put!!!!!

Try a GOOD shampoo %26amp; conditoner. No 3 dollar **** like the first post. You need to go to a REAL salon, and INVEST MONEY in a GOOD Shampoo %26amp; Conditoner brand.

My favorite brand is Back to Basics. Usually sold in a professional salon and each shampoo %26amp; conditoner will run you about $9.00-16.00 each depending on size.

They smell FANTASTIC. Mango/Coconut is my favorite.

If your hair is dry you also should by *LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER!*

PLEASE take care of your hair, eat your greens and take your vitamins and all should be well on the home front!

I mean head front ;-)

*Ba dum CHAaAAa*
Go to a good hair salon and buy the shampoo the stylist tells you is best (they usually give you a choice of several, they're more expensive but are worth it). Go to the grocery store and buy PLAIN olive oil (not extra virgin, since you will not be putting it into your mouth). Go home and wash your hair, and while it is damp pour or comb olive oil on it and 'work it in' with the ends of your fingers, then wrap in a towel and leave it up and 'warm' for at least two hours. Take it down and wash and condition your hair again. Your hair should look and feel much better right away, but if your hair is falling out you need to go to a doctor and have blood tests done ... the 'falling out' can be an indication of a serious medical problem that only a doctor can help you with ... and you'll need to wash your hair and do it with the 'ends' of your fingers, briskly, every night, and you'll need to treat it with the olive oil once a week for a month, then every two weeks for three months, then every month for a full year ... I know this because I have really bad, dry hair that 'falls out' when my thyroid gets out of whack ... I see my doctor regularly now, and also see my hairdresser at least once a month ...my hair looks PERFECT, and is getting shiny and thicker than ever before, FINALLY ...
If you have falling hair for 3 months...then,there is indeed a problem! Your lacking of proteins.Eat plenty of meats, drink loads of fresh milk.If this still goes over and over..consult your hair doctor. You might have some sickness which you don't know.Shampoo is not a solution. You have to feed your body will the right amount of nutritious foods....you have to feed from within.Healthy hair means not lacking of proteins.
no i went 2 a hair specialist yesterday n ask if shampoo is my problem cuz my hair is falling..... he said no... shampoo dosent mmater it just the bottle that is fancier...but heres some advice 4 ur dry hair..Shampooing 101

A little “How To” - First, thoroughly saturate scalp and hair using warm or cool water (hot water tends to dry out hair and scalp). Apply a small amount of shampoo (about the size of a quarter) to palm and rub hands together to evenly distribute. Now apply shampoo to scalp with the balls of your fingers. The primary objective of shampooing is to clean your scalp, not wrestle your hair, so concentrate on massaging gently and allow suds to be distributed throughout hair while rinsing. It’s not necessary to do the “rinse and repeat” routine unless you have an oily scalp.

The right way to condition - After rinsing shampoo, apply some conditioner in one hand and rub palms together to evenly distribute. Apply conditioner from the middle of the hair shaft down to ends; do not massage conditioner onto scalp unless scalp is dry. Comb through hair to distribute product evenly. Leave conditioner on hair long to help smooth the cuticle—it only takes a few seconds. Rinse thoroughly - It’s important to rinse shampoo and conditioner from your scalp. Stand under the shower and gently lift hair to permit the water to reach the scalp. Hair will be thoroughly rinsed when it feels consistently clean as you run your fingers from scalp to ends. Some people believe a cold water rinse is best.

To wash or not to wash? - Shampooing frequency for normal hair depends on whether hair is curly or straight. Shampoo and condition straight hair every day for a sleek, radiant look. Curly hair, however, becomes too fluffy if it’s washed too often, so it’s okay to shampoo and condition every other day.

Should you occasionally switch shampoos? - Most Salon Brands do not build up on hair; they continue to work effectively as long as you use them, so there’s no need to switch products (another myth debunked). However, shampooing occasionally without using any conditioner or styling products to give hair a rest. Choosing the right products for your hair - Fine or thin hair can sometimes be more delicate and could benefit from a protein enriched shampoo and conditioner formula with a light level of conditioner. Curly hair may look dry, and therefore can benefit from a regimen which includes moisturizing ingredients.
