Does Mane 'N Tail horse shampoo make your hair grow or make it grow fast? or does it even work at all?

I'm trying what ever remitty that I can to grow my hair, does any body know of one that perticularly works for African American hair preferabley someone who knows that it will work because they tried it for them selves or the knew a person directly who tried the remitty. anyways back to your question, mane 'n tail products usually contain protein. Now protein is essential to the hair, this helps the hair to grow stronger and longer because less breakage/damage takes place. But i must warn you, I would perhaps use another shampoo that is moisture based when using the mane 'n tail, meaning alternating between a good moisturizing shampoo one week and the mane 'n tail (protein based) the other week. OR, you could use the mane n tail and after your wash deep condtion with a good moisturizing conditioner for 30-60 mins. This is because if your hair has too much protein ( a.k.a protein overload ) your hair will become hard, dry, mushy and begin to break. If your hair is already healthy and not breaking off you don't need extra protein. It is important to balance protein and moisture in your hair..

My friend used it and she thought her hair was so healthy and long- and it was, but her hair smelled horrid, so she stopped. Still try it though, it may have different results for different people.
YES YES YES i love it my hair grew and inch and a half in one month and made it 2X thicker :-D I dont rec amend anything else
shouldn't horse shampoo be used on horse's
i am using it now and its good. my hair looks healthier and stronger.
