Need a shampoo or conditioner to help increase hair length any ideas?

I'm trying to find a good one that can help your hair grow faster. My hair is so thick so it takes a while. My friend once said a horse like shampoo helped her hair growth faster, so I was wondering if you knew any shampoos, conditioners, and even make at home kinda hair treatment [like avocados, mayo etc]Need a shampoo or conditioner to help increase hair length any ideas?
i have been using head and shoulders for a few months and people keep saying, ';wow your hair is getting so long!';

Don't listen too your friend, horse shampoos are for horses, not people. Well, if it's thick i suggest getting it thinned out by a hair stylist so that way it's easier to style and will grow faster. For growing your hair very lond, i like Long Term Relationship by herbal essences. Use the shampoo and conditioner, as well as the leave inconditioner. Make sure you don't hair any broken hairs or split ends. Don't style it with heat too much, and make sure it stays moisturized, especially if you live in a colder, dryer place.

Unfortunately there's no real way to make your hair grow faster.


Though hair that's in bad condition does tend to grow slower that good conditioned hair, so use lots of conditioner to make your hair healthy.


Also, some people say that scalp and head massages can encourage hair to grow but I don't know if this is true.

no i don't but all u have to do is don't use any gel use grease go to the hair dresser every 2 weeks and u will see results
both will do great girl trust me when it comes to hair im your girl
i use pantene beautiful lengths and it smells soo good
