If your hair can be brittle, Motions makes a good anti-breakage conditioner. These are for deep conditioning--apply, put a plastic cap over the hair, and then sit under the hot hood dryer for 15 mins. followed by 5 mins on the cool setting. If you don't have a hood dryer, put the cap on and take a 15-min. long hot, steamy shower. And then rinse the conditioner out thoroughly.

IU've been perming my hair for 5 years now, and if you also want to thicken your hair use Garlic Shampoo and Conditioner, and if you just need a wash, I recommend V05.
